Manual & Motorized Short Saddle Machines
Authentic Mathey Dearman Saddle Machines have been the industry leader
since Chester A. Mathey introduced the innovative Compact Saddle Machine in
1952. Cast from high-strength aluminum alloy, our one-piece design and indus-
trial hard-coat anodizing makes Mathey Dearman Saddle Machines substantially
resistant to stress, warping and wear. Even in the most extreme heat and cold,
our saddle machines are built to perform, year after year. The Rotating Ring
Gears and Retaining Cap Rings, cast from the same tough alloy, are precision-
machined to ensure straight and square cuts every time.
Rugged, lightweight and portable, all models ship with a comprehensive Parts & Operating
Manual and most are available with optional Step Spacers or standard Spacer Bolts.
Mathey Dearman Saddle Machines require minimal jobsite assembly and
can be mounted on the pipe, ready to work, in just minutes.

1 ½” – 48” / 38 – 1219mm, in
Manual and Motorized models, for use
with Oxy/Fuel and Plasma torches.
