Power Wire Brushes
Standard Twist, Single Row
Standard twist knot wheel brushes feature knots
that are twisted approximately 75% of the length
of the trim. The loosely-twisted knots cover a
larger surface area and are ideal for heavy-duty
cleaning and surface conditioning.
For weld cleaning, weld spatter removal, scale
removal, cleaning, deburring, and flash removal.
Note:
Contractor Line brushes are designed for
single-use, shift work environments.
Ordering Note
All wheels with 1-1/4” arbor holes include 1/4”
x 1/8” keyways. All wheels with 2” arbor hole
include 1/2” x 1/4” keyways.

EZmount™ crimped wire wheel eliminates mount-
ing problems commonly found with other bench
brushes. It`s designed with a flat side profile that
matches all mounting flanges on pedestal and
bench grinders for a correct fit. Easy installation
takes seconds.
The included telescoping bushing is self-sizing and
makes full width contact to prevent the brush from
falling into spindle threads.
Recommendation for Use
For use on bench grinders.

High performance, general purpose wheels for
bench and pedestal machines. Use for edge blend-
ing, flash removal, cleaning, removing paint, rust
and corrosion, roughening, matte finishing, and
light deburring work.
Contractor Line features untempered wire with a
lower fill density than the Quality line.
Ordering Note
8” and 10” diameter medium face bench wheels
include 1/2” x 1/4” keyway.
